He has significant experience representing clients in real estate development, multi-family apartments, office buildings, shopping center development, representation of Sanitary and Improvement Districts (SIDs), and also all corporate matters. Scott is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska Bar Association and American Bar Association, as well as other professional associations. Scott graduated with honors from Texas Christian University, (B.A. 1994) and Creighton University School of Law (J.D. 1997).
